$10,200,000 -- that's how much a pro-Trump super PAC is spending to peddle an egregious lie about Joe Biden in a brand-new set of attack ads.

The ads are up right now in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania, and they are part of a strategy to distract voters from Trump's disastrous mishandling of the coronavirus pandemic, and instead misdirect blame onto Joe Biden.

These three states are pivotal to winning the Electoral College in November. The decision is strategic and marks what is likely to be the first of many lies to bombard airwaves in these states.

So we have a new challenge ahead of us.

We need to focus our resources to fight back on this disinformation. If we can't go on the air with our own message, this strategy of using lies to cover up Trump's failure to protect Americans' health and livelihoods from the pandemic could work remarkably well.
