We’ve been saying it for months, John: Rep. Cori Bush’s primary opponent is bankrolled by the same right-wing megadonors supporting Donald Trump.

And local St. Louis news outlet KMOV confirmed it:

Former prosecutor Wesley Bell, who previously worked as a campaign manager for an anti-abortion conservative, is raking in contributions from AIPAC. As of March, $640,000 of the $1.73 million Bell’s campaign raised came from the anti-Palestinian lobby group targeting the Squad.

Plus, AIPAC’s super PAC is spending big to attack Cori and support Bell, using money from Republican billionaires who’ve also given to Nikki Haley, Ted Cruz, and Trump.
