John,
I want to talk about reproductive freedom.
What once was a deeply personal matter has now become an issue up for political debate, with reproductive rights — including access to abortion, contraception, and IVF — on the ballot this November.
The shift has made critically personal and deeply emotional decisions part of the public discourse. It’s affecting countless lives, showing the urgency for us to come together to protect these threatened freedoms.
No matter how you engage in defending our rights, remember that it requires all of us — our combined strengths, our dedicated efforts, our united commitment, and the power of our collective voices. You are crucial to our success.
Can you chip in to help ensure we have the resources needed to defend reproductive rights? Together, we can protect our freedoms and keep pushing for the policies and progress we need.
Since Roe v. Wade was struck down by the Supreme Court’s right-wing supermajority, millions of women have been deprived of their reproductive freedoms. This loss has directly worsened the Black maternal health crisis, putting more precious lives in danger.
I will keep advocating in Congress for reproductive freedom and for the health and well-being of every person — but I can’t do it alone.
I’m counting on your help to safeguard our achievements and secure reproductive rights.
Please consider chipping in today to help us protect reproductive rights in Illinois' 14th district and beyond. Every contribution counts and will go directly toward our efforts to ensure that everyone has access to the care they need.
By coming together, we can ensure that everyone receives the care, respect, and support they deserve.
John, thank you for taking the time to read and for any support you can provide.
Take care,
Lauren
