Since last year, Lucas has worked hard to build a historic grassroots
campaign with the help of Missouri’s labor movement — an enormous
coalition of working people who already know how to fight for power in our
state.

They’ve fought and won major battles for everyday Missourians over the
last six years when our politicians failed to do the right thing, like
rejecting an anti-union “Right-to-Work” scam, raising the minimum wage
well above the federal level, and finally passing Medicaid expansion.

So between that coalition, our campaign’s record-breaking grassroots
fundraising, Hawley’s unique vulnerability, and a new initiative to end
Missouri’s extreme abortion ban on the ballot — similar to other
initiatives that have driven turn out for pro-freedom, Democratic-leaning
voters in red states like Kansas, Ohio, and Kentucky — we have a real path
to victory. But here’s the tricky part:

National insiders and shady corporate mega-donors have already made BIG
investments into Josh Hawley. They know he’s the most vulnerable GOP
senator up for re-election this cycle — and they’re prepared to spend
whatever it takes to make him look strong and keep this Senate seat under
