How to Be Alone Without Being Lonely

Studies show that loneliness can lead to feelings of anxiety and depression. But there are ways to combat loneliness even when youre alone. The first step is to acknowledge any feelings or signs of loneliness, such as a sense of emptiness, excessive procrastination, insomnia, and others.
