Tell Congress to Fund the Paycheck Protection Program! John -
Join thousands of your fellow I Make America supporters, who give a voice to the 2.8 million men and women of the equipment manufacturing industry, and urge Congress to work together to provide additional funding for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).
The PPP was passed as a part of the CARES Act and was intended to provide short-term funding to help small and mid-sized businesses cover basic payroll costs and expenses. Today, the $349 billion program is out of money, while too many small equipment manufacturers (and other small business) are running out of time and money.
Over the last several weeks, we have watched as communities across the country have come together to support each other during this difficult time. We call on Congress to do the same and add more funding for the PPP so that equipment manufacturers can continue to operate during these uncertain times.
