John -- the Trump Administration has decided it won’t reopen the Obamacare enrollment period despite the fact that we’re facing a health crisis like we’ve never seen before.

John, Americans need access to affordable, life-saving health care. Opening a special enrollment period would make sure that families could get the coverage that they need during an unprecedented pandemic.

Protecting the health and well-being of Americans should be our top priority right now. It's a no-brainer. But instead, the Trump Administration is once again undercutting access to health care. Even before the pandemic, the Administration and Republicans were trying to scrap the Affordable Care Act in its entirety by going through the courts.

Especially in a moment like this, we should be expanding and improving upon the ACA -- not continuing to limit access to health care or trying to repeal the law completely.

This is a heartless decision. Will you sign our petition and demand the Administration reopen enrollment for Obamacare?
