Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to consider the constitutionality of Big Government’s coercion of Big Tech to censor conservative viewpoints - the Court essentially kicked the can on the issue by issuing a procedural ruling, not a ruling on the merits of the case.
Like you, we were disappointed that the Court did not find in favor of free speech in Murthy v. Missouri - but we were optimistic the Court would accept our petition for certiorari on behalf of Rogan O'Handley.
Unfortunately, earlier this week, the Court denied our petition.
The Supreme Court will not hear Rogan's case, allowing California officials to get away with coercing Twitter to censor Rogan's reporting about the 2020 election - and kick him off the platform!
