I’m still reeling from the Supreme Court’s decision this week on presidential immunity. In case you missed it, no individual is supposed to be above the law, and yet the Court granted Donald Trump immunity for “official acts”, setting a dangerous precedent for our democracy.


Legal commentators are concerned that SCOTUS has made the president above the law – an extremely dangerous precedent to set not only for Donald Trump, but for the office itself. There are countless nightmare scenarios where the president can commit crimes in office without being held accountable.
