A recent CBS/YouGov poll finds that 70% of Americans think U.S. presidents SHOULD NOT have immunity for actions they take while in office!

John, Monday’s Supreme Court decision granting Donald Trump immunity from criminal prosecution for official acts prioritized protecting Trump over protecting our democracy.

The polling speaks for itself: this is just another out of touch ruling from the majority-conservative Supreme Court – joining their destructive decisions on everything from abortion to voting rights – and it may be the biggest threat to our democracy yet.

So with Trump potentially absolved of his remaining crimes in the midst of a crucial election year, we need to confirm this data for ourselves and see where top Democrats like you stand.
