Friend, Rick Scott's vote to BLOCK the widely popular bill protecting access to contraception was unacceptable.

So, I've been spreading the word about our grassroots movement to retire him on the national airwaves. But even with all eyes on this race and our grassroots campaign closing in on Rick Scott's lead in the polls, I won't win at the ballot box without your urgent support to reach my $1 million goal before my weekly deadline tomorrow night.

Will you please chip in right away to help me stop Rick Scott, flip Florida's seat, and keep the Senate majority blue?

If you missed my news appearances, I've been working around the clock to ensure the nation knows how high the stakes are in Florida's race.

I shared with Good Morning America how gun violence altered the course of my life — like so many other Floridians — and underscored the urgency of real gun safety reform in the face of our GOP state leaders' moral failure.

I joined Kasie Hunt at CNN to call out Rick Scott's bald-faced lies about protecting access to IVF and birth control — despite his refusal to vote in favor of laws that would.

And on MSNBC, I stressed to Lawrence O'Donnell how much worse a Scott-led Senate would be — for the future of Social Security and Medicare, abortion rights, and any hope for Congress passing effective, bipartisan legislation.

In short, I made sure Americans across the country heard loud and clear: Not only can we not afford a GOP Senate led by Rick Scott, we can't afford another term with his self-serving extremist agenda on Capitol Hill. Period.

Now that I'm back home with this newfound national momentum, I'm more fired up than ever to retire Rick Scott.

But frankly, friend, I can't go toe to toe with his self-funded campaign without your support to reach my vital $1 million end-of-week goal before tomorrow's can't-miss midnight deadline. 

So please, will you rush a donation of $5, $25, or anything to help me grow a grassroots war chest that can withstand Scott's fortune, flip Florida blue, and stop him from taking over the reins of the Senate GOP?
