Even as we all focus on staying home and staying safe, we can't let Election Day creep up on us. 2020 is a make or break it year in politics, and in this election cycle, young people can make the biggest impact.
That's why we're hosting our very first VOTE2LIVE Virtual Town Hall -- where some of your favorite artists and activists will use their voices to encourage folks to check their voter registration status, get registered, and sing some songs. Make sure you RSVP today → [link removed]
We're launching VOTE2LIVE to get as many unregistered voters registered by the required deadlines. It's 2020 and a little more than 1 in 3 eligible people aren't even registered to vote. That is unacceptable in 2020. We need to engage our base, register voters, and make sure they cast their ballot on November 3.
We have the chance to elect the next Black wave in offices across the country, up and down the ballot. We have the chance to fulfill the promise of our democracy that our government would be for and by the people. And friend, the work to elect the next generation of Black leaders starts right now.
