wide open after long-time Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers announced her
retirement.
Throughout her time in the State legislature, Rep. Maycumber has proven she’s
a fierce defender of our right to keep and bear arms, most notably
fighting Washington State’s “Assault Weapons” ban.
We’re currently running ads in the district to remind gun owners of
Maycumber’s record as a staunch 2A defender.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) will face Giffords’ handpicked candidate, Colin Allred,
this fall.
Allred is a gun control zealot who has supported universal background checks,
Red Flag confiscation laws, “studies” on gun violence, and restricting private
party transfers.
We know Allred will be well-funded by the gun control movement.
Ted Cruz has been a friend and long-time 2A advocate who has had our back in
