National Constitution Center President and CEO Jeffrey Rosen appeared on MSNBC’s Morning Joe and C-SPAN’s Washington Journal to provide a constitutional perspective on the ruling in Trump v. United States. The Supreme Court ruled that presidents have “absolute” immunity for official acts but not for unofficial acts.
