Effort led by Texas A&M   The Roundup is a weekly production of the Tarrant County GOP to bring you the latest headlines on conservative victories, upcoming events, and opportunities to make a difference in Tarrant County. Help Us Stop Leftists. CLICK HERE to DONATE TODAY   Texas A&M Brings Election Interference to Tarrant Leftist election interference comes for Tarrant County, and you've heard these names before. Broadway Baptist, along with other leftist organizations, with the help of A&M Law, sent a letter to Biden's Attorney General Merrick Garland asking him to investigate Sheriff Bill Waybourn. You can read the letter here. This is yet another example of the Democrats using the government to go after conservative political leaders ahead of an election. The same thing they're doing to Trump and Steve Bannon, they're doing to Sheriff Waybourn. As bad as this sounds, we should consider this proof that conservatives' efforts in Tarrant County are working. Broadway Baptist must know their efforts are meaningless if they're resorting to siccing the Attorney General on a local Sheriff. While it isn't really surprising that Broadway Baptist would stoop to something like this, it's shocking that Texas A&M Law here in Fort Worth was involved in this. They even drafted the letter! Between this and the recent exposure they had for gender change clinics, something appears to be seriously wrong with A&M Law. A look at the lawyer the school had draft the letter will confirm just how far A&M Law has fallen. At the bottom of the letter, you will see it was written by Sara Zampierin. A brief glance at her work history shows that much of her career has been spent on keeping illegals in America. The link to her CV can be found here. You might say that A&M Law just didn't know how radical this woman was when they hired her. But her CV shows that they were well aware of her radical politics. Prior to working at A&M Law attempting to sic the Attorney General on Republican Sheriffs, Ms. Zampierin worked for the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) the infamous leftist smear outlet against conservatives. She built a career frivolously suing conservatives - so it shouldn't be a surprise that she's using her position in a public college to attack Republican officials. But Broadway Baptist and Texas A&M aren't the only groups named in the letter. Another group, "ICE Out of Tarrant County" also signed the letter. As the name might suggest, this organization agitates for the abolition of ICE. They want to get rid of immigration enforcement. You might find it rather strange that an anti-immigration group, a "church" and Texas A&M are working together to sic the Department of Justice on our Sheriff until you realize that these groups are committed to election interference and anything necessary to destroy conservatives. Mattie Parker Reading List Mayor Mattie Parker came under fire last summer for using the Mayor's Summer reading program to push LGBT ideology on children, and it appears she has not learned her lesson. Her reading program is now pushing very young children to read "LGBTQ+ authors for all ages," as the image above shows. The image above was sent to a child in Fort Worth age 6. This is all done digitally, so there's no doubt that Mayor Parker knows these are not teenage children or young adults. It appears that she is intentionally sending this to children as young as six, especially considering the image above says "LGBTQ authors" for all ages. How many times do we have to catch Mayor Mattie Parker pushing radical transgender ideology on very young children before she resigns in disgrace? It shouldn't be too surprising, since last year she also had LGBT books on her reading list, and she joined the pro-trans and pro-abortion "Girls Inc" last month. It is still sad. Mayor Parker has completely sold out conservatives, - and even worse - completely sold out our children. President of County Chair Assoc. Supports Trans Last week we discussed AG Paxton's win defending the bill before the Texas Supreme Court banning child gender transitions. There's been some serious blowback from alleged conservatives. SCOTX Justice Debra Lehrmann (a Republican) dissented from the majority, saying that the decision to ban child gender transitions was wrong. This is obviously the wrong decision, but there was another "conservative" who voiced opposition to the Court that you should know about. David Luther is President of the Texas Republican County Chairmen Association, the only organization for GOP County Chairmen in the State of Texas. You may not have heard of this organization before - not many have. You would think that such an organization is led by someone that at the very least represents the most basic views of Texas Republican voters - and you would be wrong! This week, David Luther came out in support of Justice Lehrmann, arguing that the SCOTX decision was wrong. In effect, Luther suggested that it is wrong to ban child gender transitions. The man who allegedly leads the organization supporting the 254 County Chairmen can't even agree that children shouldn't have their bodies mutilated. According to Luther, it is "unconstitutional" to keep children from being mutilated! Many activists have known for a while that David Luther was no staunch conservative, but this has gone too far. FWISD Brings Back Sexual Material in Schools If you're familiar at all with Fort Worth ISD, you already know it's a cesspool of liberalism, and that they are big supporters of the gay agenda. As we've reported to you in the past, much of this has been behind the scenes and mostly out of public view. But now, they've taken it public. After HB900 passed the Legislature, banning inappropriate books from public schools, FWISD shut down their libraries to review their books. As of this summer, they have decided - against protest from many parents and activists - to return many of these books to Fort Worth schools. Well over 100 of these books have sexually explicit or even violent content. Action must be taken against the leftists who are now publicly bent on sexualizing our children. May of 2025 couldn't come fast enough. You can read more about the controversy here.     Share The Roundup with Friends!
