I hope that you had a fantastic holiday with your family and friends this Fourth of July. 

And as you celebrated, I hope you were able to remember the incredible examples set by our forefathers: 248 years ago, our Founding Fathers declared independence from the largest empire in history.

These brave patriots would have rather died than live as pawns of tyranny.

And they knew that the God-given right to keep and bear arms truly was the last line of defense against tyranny.

Sadly, the enemies of freedom know this too, which is why their attacks on the Second Amendment are on the rise like never before.

But Gun Owners of America is standing on the frontlines of the fight to protect our God-given rights and save our Republic from falling to tyranny – all the way up to the United States Supreme Court.

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court ruled in GOA's favor in our case, Antonyuk v. James, which we filed to rein in rogue anti-gun politicians who tried to get away with openly flaunting a Supreme Court decision that had reaffirmed the plain text of the Second Amendment.

This news comes just after the Supreme Court ripped apart the Chevron Deference, a tyrannical doctrine that had allowed judges to follow the legal interpretations of unelected federal bureaucrats rather than the Constitution.

Judges used the Chevron Deference to defer to ATF control and rule against the Second Amendment. In fact, judges used it to uphold the ATF’s unconstitutional ban on bump stocks – until the Supreme Court struck it down just last month!

As GOA continues to secure 2A victories in court, it’s no surprise that the most rabid anti-gunners in the Washington Swamp are now even calling for the IMPEACHMENT of Supreme Court justices.

But you can rest assured that GOA will continue to fight back against the deranged anti-gunners every step of the way in all of our MANY legal battles all across the nation.
