I hope you’re having a sizzling summer so far and that your Fourth (of July) was fantastic! I’m reaching out because I wanted to personally invite you to our Volunteer Virtual BBQ and Summer Meeting on Wednesday, July 10. 

And as a special summer treat, this meeting will feature the testimony of Tyson Cobbs, an inspiring gun violence survivor, youth mentor, and community activist.

This is a great opportunity to meet our organizers, have fun with other volunteers, and learn about the sizzling hot actions we’re planning for these long summer days. If you’ve advocated for gun safety or cheered from the sidelines, but haven’t joined us for an action yet, this is a great way to learn about your stake and role in our work.
