Dear Patriot,
Daniel Perry was recently pardoned by Texas Governor Greg Abbot, but the left won’t stop trying to throw him in prison.
You might remember that rioters tried to murder Army Sergeant Daniel Perry - twice - and a George-Soros-backed, leftist district attorney wanted to finish the job with a vicious life sentence.
Despite the sergeant’s recent pardon, the story isn’t over — the left won’t take no for an answer and they’re STILL trying to punish Daniel for a crime he didn’t commit.
A group of 14 state attorneys general have just petitioned the DOJ to open a civil rights investigation into Daniel’s case in a sick attempt to destroy his life once and for all.
Donate here to help us defend Daniel Perry and other wrongly accused officers with a gift of $35 or more.

The left can’t accept the fact that they lost at the state level, so they’re trying to get the federal government to intervene despite the fact that Daniel has already been pardoned of the crime they’re accusing him of.
Daniel Perry defended himself on that night in July 2020, in Austin, Texas, when a maniac started to point his AK-47 rifle at him.
Daniel responded immediately, firing in self-defense and stopping his attacker.
Then another protester of the rabid mob tried to murder Daniel, firing four times at him, striking his car with three bullets.
Despite being targeted and shot at, Daniel acted bravely and quickly to defend himself. But ever since then, the progressives have been trying to make him pay for the actions of the mob that threatened his life.
Daniel doesn’t deserve the absolute nightmare radical progressives are trying to put him through to prove a political point.
While our cities are overrun with crime, the priority of the radical left isn’t prosecuting actual criminals …
…it’s going after law enforcement officers and military personnel who have risked their lives defending their communities from the real criminals.
What kind of upside-down world are we living in?
Right now, NCPD is working behind the scenes with 9 law enforcement officers, including many Austin police officers who are getting railroaded by the same district attorney who tried to put Daniel in prison for life.
I hope I can count on your gift of $35 or more to help us fight for Daniel Perry’s freedom and for the many other officers we’re defending!
Patriot, thank you in advance for your kind support of our nation’s law enforcement.
Gratefully,
Jim Fotis
