Hey folks,
Marco from ACE here, I hope you all are doing well! I wanted to let you know that July 22nd is Climate Emergency Day and ACE and several partners are putting together a couple events in Madison throughout the day.
My youth are organizing a rally and press conference at the State Capitol on July 22nd at noon. We will be highlighting the Center for Climate Integrity's new study detailing how Wisconsin will have to pay $16.7 Billion by 2040 to deal with the effects of climate change. We will be urging our leaders to do more about the climate crisis in a variety of ways: shutting down Line 5, suing the fossil fuel industry, and so much more!
We will have a bus picking people up in Milwaukee at 9:30am and will be back in Milwaukee no later than 4pm. If you or any of your members are interested in joining us please rsvp at this link! Https://a4ce.me/CED2024
