I want to be upfront and honest about this:

We just missed the single most important fundraising goal of the Election Year. I should have explained the stakes of our Mid-Year deadline better, but if you’ll indulge me, I’d like to go into more detail now:

– This was our FIRST deadline since Trump was convicted in a rigged court

– This was our FIRST deadline since the presidential debate

– This was our LAST deadline before the Republican National Convention

– This was our LAST deadline before Trump’s sham sentencing

These are all election-defining moments and we failed to reach our fundraising goal at the worst possible time. And if this email doesn’t work, I’m afraid we’ll be forced to pull our ads off the airwaves, slash our voter contact budgets, and cut back critical get-out-the-vote initiatives.

So consider this message a Hail Mary.

I set a goal of raising 250,000 dollars between now and the 4th of July. It’s a lofty goal but that’s the BARE MINIMUM we’d need to fully fund all our campaign operations.

After missing our deadline, this is truly a make-or-break moment for Conservatives.

The last thing I wanted was to come to you with an urgent message – especially after everyone came out of the woodwork to ask you for money at the end of the month...

But when the fate of our country hangs in the balance, I’m not leaving anything to chance. I’m here to win. I’m here to save our Conservative House Majority, win a supermajority in the Senate, and reelect President Trump.

If that means sending one last fundraising email, I'll do what I must.

So with all that being said, here’s my final pitch to you:

This quarter was important before… but after Trump’s sham conviction and the presidential debate – and just days before our Convention AND Trump’s sentencing – this is officially our most important deadline yet.

There’s still time to right this ship so I'm humbly asking you to donate before July 4th.
