Hi there, it’s Congresswoman Deborah Ross. I want to make one thing clear:

This year, abortion access is on the line.

Over just the last year alone, my Republican colleagues have done everything they can to tear down women’s reproductive health care — a fundamental right. It is ridiculous that I have to say this, but politicians should NOT be making decisions about anyone’s body. Full stop.

It is ridiculous that women continue to be forced to contend with relentless threats to our reproductive health care. Yet, Republicans in North Carolina and beyond persist in their attacks on bodily autonomy.

I refuse to stand idly by in the face of these attacks. I’m running for reelection to protect healthcare access for ALL of us and ensure we’re following our cornerstones of fairness, justice, and equality for all.

On Election Day, the U.S. House will play a pivotal role in the future of abortion access in this country, and we have to do all we can to take back the Democratic majority.

Reproductive health care as we know it hinges on our success in November.
