Our annual recognition of our nation’s independence is an important chance to honor the heroes who have fought for our freedoms and reflect on our collective responsibility to strengthen our democracy for all. Fall Internship Applications are Now Open!

We are thrilled to share that our offices’ internship applications are now open for this fall! You can find in-depth information about our district office internships, as well as our legislative and communications positions on Capitol Hill, and how to apply on our website.

All of the applications will close on July 12th at 5 PM.

Congressman Kim Celebrates 2024 Congressional Art Competition Winner

We had the best time welcoming this year’s Congressional Art Competition winner, Charvi, and her family to the Capitol last week! It is always wonderful seeing the incredible talent of local artists hanging on the walls of the U.S. Capitol.

Honoring the 60th Anniversary of the Civil Rights Act

This week, we marked the 60th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act, a landmark achievement in our nation’s ongoing journey toward equality and justice for all. As we honor the courageous leaders of the Civil Rights Movement, we are reminded of the progress made and the work that still lies ahead. Our focus remains on building on our progress to protect every American from discrimination and prejudice, and ensuring that the promise of equal rights is upheld for future generations.
