Unlike President Trump's phony form of populism, Sherrod's populism is real and anchored in the Dignity of Work.

Trump uses racism and bigotry to divide us and distract from the fact that he's used the White House to enrich himself, his family, and the top 1% while leaving working Americans grappling with how to make ends meet.

Populism is never racist. It doesn't push some people down to lift others up.

Our grassroots movement -- a group of folks who pitch in however they can whenever they can -- fights Trump's cynical worldview and dangerous agenda with a populism that works for everyone and that truly understands and values the Dignity of Work.

We can win in 2020 by championing our progressive values. That's how we won in Ohio in 2018, and that's how we're going to defeat Trump in November.
