Today is our day to celebrate the wonderful country we live in and our
American heritage.
We've had many incredible markers in our history leading up to today, 248
years since the declaration.

tyranny and signed the Declaration of Independence, fully aware that they were,
in essence, signing their own death warrants if captured by the British.
