Happy Independence Day!

I am so proud to be an American and live in the freest nation in the history of the world. Our founders established a government by the people and for the people, acknowledging that our rights come from God, not the government.

The stakes are higher than ever to keep our constitutional republic. We must fight back against government overreach and infringement on our God-given rights. As Benjamin Franklin said, “A Republic if you can keep it.”

It is an honor to serve you in Congress, and I promise you I will never give up that fight.
