I hope you are enjoying your time today with family, friends, hot dogs 🌭, and the way-too-much candy from the many parades happening in Upper and Northern Michigan!

Today is a reminder that the values that inspired our nation’s founding are still worth fighting for—that we are all created equal and that, because of that, our strength lies in a democratic government by and for the people.
