I don't know how to say this, but the polarization that harmfully divides D.C. has come to Washington. There is a lack of discourse amongst Americans - particularly those who disagree with one another - that is tearing America apart.

The gridlock and finger-pointing within the government only encourages Americans to associate with those similar in ideology. The political squabbles we see on TV suggest that you will come under judgment for speaking about your beliefs.

This skewed narrative has to stop.
