My parents came to Colorado from a small town in Mexico with the same dream as so many other folks – to build a better life. My parents worked tirelessly so that one day their children could dream even bigger than them.

I am a testament to that hard work and sacrifice. Now, I dream to continue fighting in Congress for better policies for Coloradans, and people across the country.

As a pediatrician, I have seen countless families struggle with drug pricing, housing costs, and limited job opportunities, which is why I have dedicated my time in Congress to fighting for lower prescription drug pricing and expanding workers' protections. This Independence Day, I want to thank you for being part of this team and fighting to keep our state and country moving forward.
