New Pennsylvania Project

Fellow activist,

Today, on Independence Day, we are using this holiday to reflect on how critical it is that we turn out to vote this year to protect our rights and freedoms.

We cannot afford to take our freedoms for granted. We are seeing increased attacks on voting rights, and just recently former President and convicted felon Donald Trump refused to say during the last presidential debate if we would accept the election results this year.

This November, our virtue, liberty, and independence are on the ballot.

That is why we must continue to engage and mobilize voters and expand the Pennsylvania electorate, centering Black, Indigenous, and other people of color, immigrant communities, and the youth (17-35-year-olds), and fight to ensure that they have everything they need to make their voices heard.

Thank you for joining us in this fight,

Team NPP

The New Pennsylvania Project (NPP) is a voting rights organization with a year-round primary focus on voter registration, civic education, and mobilization. NPP centers historically disenfranchised and often neglected Black, Indigenous and other people of color, immigrant communities and the youth in our work. Through civic engagement, we ensure all eligible voters feel compelled to exercise their freedom to vote in the Commonwealth.
