VICTORY! Last week the Texas Supreme Court ruled that SB 14, the law passed by the Texas Legislature in 2023 to protect children from harmful gender treatments, is constitutional!

25 states in the country, Including Texas, have now passed laws outlawing harmful child gender modification. Texas Values was the leading law and policy organization that advocated for the passage of SB 14.

Last week, medical giant Texas Children’s Hospital came under major public scrutiny and controversy after several news sources and first-hand witnesses have come forward alleging that Texas Children’s Hospital is engaging in Medicaid Fraud connected to their operations of performing gender transition methods on children, a state law passed in 2023, SB 14, to protect children from these harmful and dangerous procedures.

Additionally, the Biden Department of Justice unsealed a document confirming that the DOJ has indicted Dr. Eithan Haim, a whistleblower who exposed that Texas Children’s Hospital was still engaging in child gender transition methods even after the hospital entity said they had stopped such controversial and dangerous acts, according to his findings.

You can send an email or make a phone call, (832) 824-1000, to Texas Children’s Hospital and demand they shut down the pediatric sex-change clinic and take transparent steps to demonstrate to the public that they are no longer lying about these activities.

Special Guest, Sarah Parshall Perry, Senior Fellow at Heritage Foundation, Discusses the Title IX Re-write by the Biden Administration

"We’re seeing the discrimination of 'old', being 'new' again. We’ve got women who are now having to share spaces, opportunities, athletics and scholarships with biological men who identify as women and that brings us to where we are today."

"There are 65 plaintiffs all across the country who have sued, 25 states are now involved in active litigation."

"The gender identity juggernaut is a direct result of the fact that we began to question God's perfect design. 'Who' male and female are, 'what' male and female are, and even now the nature of biology itself." ~ Sarah Parshall Perry
