As we gather to celebrate Independence Day, we reflect on the freedoms and values that define our great nation. This day commemorates the courage, resilience, and vision of our founding fathers who declared our independence 248 years ago. It is a reminder of the enduring principles of liberty, justice, and republicanism that continue to guide us.
Today, we honor the sacrifices of those who have fought and continue to fight to preserve our freedom. Let us remember the brave men and women of our armed forces, veterans, and their families, whose dedication ensures our safety and sovereignty. Their service embodies the spirit of Independence Day, and we owe them our deepest gratitude.

On a personal note, this Independence Day is particularly special for me. I am excited to share that I will be marrying the love of my life, Melissa, this Saturday. As we embark on this new chapter together, I am filled with joy and gratitude for the love and support we have received from our families, friends, and community. Melissa and I look forward to building our future together in New Hampshire, a state we are proud to call home.
