In last week’s debate, Donald Trump reminded us about the terrible things he has done so far:
• Celebrated the end of Roe v. Wade , saying "it's been a great thing".
• Said that the Nazi march in Charlottesville was "made up."
• Said on January 6th that "we were respected all over the world."
• Defended his 34 felony convictions, saying the system was "rigged" and he did nothing wrong.
And now, in a recent court decision, the Supreme Court is rolling out the red carpet for Donald Trump to commit whatever crimes he wants to commit if he returns to the White House. We shudder to think what those could be...
For example, just this week he has shared content on social media proposing military tribunals for his political opponents like Liz Cheney that he would broadcast on live TV.
We can’t control every twist and turn of the 2024 Election, John.
But here’s one thing we can control: Control of the U.S. House is going to come down to California, and *right now* we are scaling up our mobilization programs to ensure we can flip enough red seats to take back the House of Representatives.
We are looking to open more regional offices, hire more organizers, and expand our programs even as we speak.
Because if Donald Trump wins the Presidency and has no check on his power, that might spell the end of our democracy.
So, will you chip in to help us flip the U.S. House right now? We are aiming to raise $10,000 before the banks open up again on July 5th. [[link removed]]
