Victories for voters in Mississippi and Arizona
* A federal court struck down ([link removed]) Mississippi's Republican-drawn legislative districts for violating the Voting Rights Act by discriminating against Black voters. The state legislature must draw new fair maps that comply with federal law.
* A Maricopa County judge rejected ([link removed]) failed Republican candidate Abe Hamedeh’s fourth legal attempt to overturn his loss in the 2022 election for Arizona attorney general.

Decision coming soon in Wisconsin voting rights case
* The Wisconsin Supreme Court announced ([link removed]) it will issue its decision on Friday morning about whether to reinstate ballot drop boxes before the 2024 election.

Republicans continue to target states’ voter rolls
* Pro-voter organizations moved ([link removed]) to defend Clark County, Nevada voters from a right-wing lawsuit trying to persuade the county to investigate registrations alleged to be unlawful. The groups argue this would open the door to mass voter challenges.
