Joe Biden’s Title IX rewrite was set to take effect on August 1st, with the mandate that schools across the country enact massive changes in the name of "trans rights." One of the larger changes from Trump-era Title IX is that Biden added “protections for LGBTQ students.” In other words, Biden made it federally permissible for boys with sick fetishes to play girls’ sports  At least twenty states decried Biden’s Title IX rewrite, which puts girls in public schools at risk of predatory behavior by males…

Biden’s Title IX was temporarily halted by a Texas judge under federal injunction on June 15th. 

On June 18th, Douglas County School Board met, with the intention of passing policy to fall in line with Biden’s child-sexualizing Title IX rewrite, due August 1st. DougCo Schools delayed passing the new rules, with the Board not fully buying into the violation of young girls. ALL School districts, like DougCo, must resist passing Biden's changes. 

On June 28th, the US Supreme Court struck down Chevron deference, which had previously given control of the interpretation of vague laws as well as the creation of new laws, to unelected bureaucrats like those who currently serve at the Department of Education. 

The Department of Education’s rewrite of Title IX to allow males to participate in girls’ sports was not passed by Congress, but rather by the left’s senile groomer-President and his cronies at the Department of Ed, probably most of whom don’t know their own genders. 

Chevron deference was standing figuratively, somewhat in the way of the recent injunctions against Biden’s Title IX, which the Biden Administration appealed. Now that Chevron is dead, when Biden's appeals are adjudicated by the courts, the Department of Education is without the power to interpret/rewrite Title IX…so the fetish-rewrite and Biden’s appeals should be dead on arrival at federal court.

Yesterday, July 2nd, another federal judge in Kansas issued an injunction against Biden's Title IX, thanks to Moms for Liberty's recent lawsuit. In fact, any United States school with children of Moms for Liberty members is barred from enacting these rules today. You can protect more Colorado kids by joining Moms for Liberty and blocking Biden's Title IX immediately. We need to have a parent in every Colorado school district join M4L and block this insanity all across the state while federal courts strike down Biden's Title IX. Just one M4L Parent in a school district bars males from participating in girls' sports. 

The lie that we should accept males getting naked with females and then jumping into the pool with them to steal all of their awards and accolades is insane and dangerous. Gender activists and the policy-illiterate people willing to risk our children in the name of progressivism cannot continue to harm girls and women in their quest for control, attention, and sexual gratification. 

Douglas County Schools and ALL school districts owe it to children to not conform with Biden's child-grooming requirements. If your daughter is forced to participate in the fantasies of a male on her team or in her locker room, now would be the time to sue. If you’re on a school board, now IS the time to really stand up and protect girls. Without the force of the federal government behind it, CHSSA, the entirely woke Colorado High School Activities Association, will be forced to account for its trans-sympathizing Constitution, written by unelected progressives who harm girls. This will not stand. 

Every school district should stop dead in its tracks today, before implementing any of Biden’s fetishizing edicts to their school policies. Title IX was originally passed by Congress to protect girls and to properly address sexual harassment, not to run cover for sick males who want to flash their genitals to girls in school locker rooms. Those males should be kept away from our girls, not given special privileges that harm their female peers. Duly elected school board members must stop indulging deviant behavior that harms girls.

Federal courts and SCOTUS have paved the way for us to squash gender ideology and save more children from the progressive adults who parade them onstage and tell them it’s cool to get naked in spaces where innocent girls never gave consent. These adults are turning our children into deranged fetishists who will go on to groom more children if we don’t stop this vicious cycle. 

Tell your school district; there is NO federal requirement to put girls at risk any longer. Challenge them to define sex, and challenge the State of Colorado to fight what is common sense, what is decent, and what protects children.
