I wasn’t planning on emailing you today, but I had to reach out to you about this week's SCOTUS decision.
The Supreme Court ruled that Donald Trump is immune from criminal actions taken during his presidency.
That means that if Donald Trump is re-elected, he will be empowered to attack his political opponents, restrict our rights, and even encourage another insurrection with zero accountability.
The decision drastically raises the stakes of this race. We need a Democratic Governor here in New Hampshire who will stand up for our rights and values regardless of what happens in DC.
But if Kelly Ayotte wins, we won’t have a critical defense against MAGA extremism and a possible second Trump term.
