Hi John,
I wanted to wish you a happy Independence Day before we all sign off for the holiday weekend — and tell you what I’m thinking about one day ahead of America’s “birthday.”
Two hundred and forty-eight years ago, the Founders signed the Declaration of Independence and began this great experiment in democracy. For over two centuries, our nation has been guided by the ideal of equality and the pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness.
Our history has been far from perfect, but fighting for a better future is always worth it.
Look, I know it sounds dramatic — but our democracy is at stake this November.
We’re up against a Republican party that will cheat, lie, and steal its way into power.
We saw Donald Trump try to blatantly overturn the 2020 election results, while Republicans like my opponent did nothing but enable him. And now, we have a Supreme Court majority that thinks the President is above the law.
We can’t risk Republicans keeping control of the House of Representatives if Trump wins the presidency.
This year and always, I’m committed to fighting for our freedoms — our freedom to choose what we do with our own bodies, love who we love, vote for who we want, and more. That’s exactly what I’ll do in Congress.
John, ahead of this weekend, can I count on you to donate to my campaign and help us flip this seat blue in November? We’re a toss-up race where every dollar counts, and we're running against a Trump-backed MAGA extremist. [[link removed]]

Together, we can defend our democratic ideals.
Thank you, and have a good weekend,

Kirsten is a mom, an environmental attorney, and a former State Legislator who has spent the past six years fighting to restore funding to public schools, protect Arizona's natural resources, and make our communities safer.
She’s ready to take that fight to Washington to find common-sense solutions to the challenges we’re facing here in Arizona's Sixth Congressional District.
In 2022, Kirsten lost her race by one of the smallest margins in the country. Will you make sure she can build a winning campaign early by chipping in now? [[link removed]]
