SCOTUS UPDATE: Did you hear? The conservative-majority Supreme Court just prioritized protecting Trump over protecting our democracy. Justice Sotomayor said in her dissent:

“...the President is now a king above the law… with fear for our democracy, I dissent."

This comes as no surprise. From gutting voting rights and civil rights to taking away a woman’s rights to choose, the Court has moved further and further to the right – protecting the ultra-wealthy and special interests over everyday people.

So we need to know what YOU think about the Supreme Court’s decision. Please tell us now:

Team, let’s take a look at how we got here:

FIRST: A jury found that Trump committed 34 felonies in 2016, which helped him win the White House. Once he took office, Trump then appointed three Supreme Court justices.

THEN: The conservative SCOTUS majority, including those three judges, delayed – for months – efforts to hold Trump accountable for allegedly committing more crimes to hold onto power after losing the 2020 election.

NOW: SCOTUS has given Trump exactly what he wanted – immunity for some of his crimes – and because of this decision, we might never see him face any accountability.

And if Trump wins the White House this November, he’ll be even more unhinged than ever before – because he knows the courts won’t hold him back.
