What an end to June and start to July, John!
The Supreme Court made sure to save all of their worst decisions right before the holiday break – hoping we wouldn't notice. But I know we will remember the #MAGAmajority making our air + water + food less safe, protecting Jan 6 rioters, criminalizing homelessness, and making the president a king.
But there were also positives for our campaign:
🎉 We celebrated Pride and held multiple events to mark the 2-year anniversary of the end of Roe. Wonder Woman Lynda Carter was even here! Make sure you're following me on Instagram for photos and videos from the trail. [[link removed]]
🎉 We also got not one but TWO polls about our race – both showing me within the margin of error. And the big news is that voters in PA-01 pick me by 7 points after they hear about Brian Fitzpatrick's anti-choice record.
🎉 We also hit our end-of-quarter grassroots fundraising goal – our biggest ever! – with a few minutes to spare on Sunday night. It means the world to me every time this team steps up and ensures we hit these goals.
I'm a kid from a Southeastern Pennsylvania family that struggled to get by. I remember pouring water on my cereal because we couldn't afford milk, and I joined the Army as a way to pay for college.
You don't see a lot of folks like me in Congress because we can't rely on our rich families and a long list of boarding school buddies to write big checks. I also don't take a CENT from corporate PACs. Instead, all I can do is ask people like you to believe in me, believe in the vision of this campaign, and invest in your future with a donation.
Thousands of people have. And it's how we're going to win this race.
Thanks for being in this fight with me as my co-pilot,
Ashley 🚁
P.S. The fundraising demands of this campaign never end! We set an even BIGGER goal for July. Get a jumpstart on our fundraising goal for this month by pitching in $10 or more right now >>
