Dear John,
Tomorrow, voters in the Borders will have a choice between me or the SNP candidate.
It's so close between us that every vote will matter.
The SNP are down, but they're not out yet. All the polls show they could still win here in the Borders.
But if everyone who wants to beat the SNP votes for me, I can stop them, just like I did before.
This is our chance. The opportunity is there to beat the SNP and shut down the independence debate for good.
If we keep the nationalists out, we can get all of the attention onto the issues that really matter to you, such as keeping community hospitals open, fixing the roads, and creating good local jobs.
We can focus 100% on my positive plans to build a brighter future for the Borders.
But to make that happen, you need to vote for me to beat the SNP.
A vote for any other party - or not voting at all - risks an SNP win that they would use to campaign for independence.
