We’re thrilled to announce the Commonwealth Foundation has been nominated for a major award!
For the third straight year, the State Policy Network nominated the Commonwealth Foundation for its Expanding Your Audience award, specifically for our work advocating for the cause of educational freedom in Pennsylvania. This year, the State Policy Network recognizes our partnership with an incredible group called Black Pastors United for Education
(BPUE), a network of like-minded pastors and congregations working to educate under-resourced children in non-traditional learning spaces.
Working alongside BPUE, the Commonwealth Foundation brings the educational freedom message to communities that would benefit the most from Lifeline Scholarships. BPUE CEO Pastor Joshua C. Robertson is a stellar ally and passionate defender of school choice policies. Over the past year, with our assistance, the BPUE dream has grown into a seven-figure organization with clout across Pennsylvania.
Without you, this could not have been possible, nor would our nomination for this award. Supporters like you are always there to help us advance educational freedom, sending thousands of messages to lawmakers on issues, such as Lifeline Scholarships, public cyber charter school funding, and education spending.
But now we need your help to bring the award home to Pennsylvania.
