350 Named One of the Top 10 Most Influential Environmental Campaigns

350.org has been recognized as one of the top 10 most influential
environmental campaigns by OneGreenPlanet. From our inception to global
movements, [ [link removed] ]here are the ten pivotal moments that have shaped our fight
against climate change.

350 Annual Report Now Available

The 2023 350.org Annual Report is finally here! Our 490 network groups
around the world are pushing forward a climate strategy that is based on
their regional context and is deeply rooted in real community needs.

Here are just a few of the highlights from our climate movement around the
globe in 2023:

individuals within the movement through education and resources.

East African Crude Oil Pipeline Fight Escalating

The fight against the East African Crude Oil Pipeline is escalating as
climate activists in East Africa are facing an extreme escalation in
harassment.

In the past few weeks, multiple Tanzanian and Ugandan activists and
community members have been bullied, arrested, and interrogated for trying
to stop this carbon bomb.

Just Energy Transition Partnership Global Principles Launch

Our climate movement held a press conference with over 100 participants
and 50 media representatives to launch the [ [link removed] ]principles of Just Energy
Transition Partnership (JETP).

JETPs are an innovative approach of international cooperation to
accelerate country-led energy transitions. The model is supported by the
International Partners Group (IPG) composed of the European Union, the UK,
the US, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, Canada, Denmark and Norway.
Collectively they aim to help emerging economies secure a just transition
towards low carbon energy sources, with equity considerations at their
core.

EU Parliamentary Elections and What's Next for our Climate Movement in
Europe

The new EU Parliament could spell disaster for climate policies. We know
the work ahead of us just got harder. But the vast majority of Europeans
still care about climate change and want to see more ambitious action.

We won't give up on bold climate action in Europe — [ [link removed] ]here's our plan.
