Especially now, team, health care is at the front of every Texan's mind. We've been talking for months about how Texas is the most uninsured state in the country and how we need to implement a public option so that everyone can get the health care they need.

And right now we're seeing the cracks in our health system and how wide they become when we face a crisis. Will you take my brief health care survey to let me know what you think we should do to fix the system?

Senator Cornyn has attempted to defund or repeal the Affordable Care Act 20 times -- despite that, it's still standing strong. It's still protecting people with pre-existing conditions, allowing young adults to stay on their parents' health care plans until 26, and expanding access to coverage for people across America.

We've seen just how unprepared our health care system is for a massive pandemic like COVID-19. It's obvious that change is necessary to protect ourselves and ensure that everyone has the quality, affordable care they deserve.
