Over the past two weeks, MAGA’s SCOTUS has criminalized homelessness, created unprecedented immunity for Presidents, enabled gerrymandering, let January 6 insurrectionists off the hook (including Trump), and completely undermined federal agencies and empowered the judiciary that has been compromised for a generation by the Trump administration. 

Democracy is in danger. SCOTUS Must be reformed and expanded. Sign here if you agree.  

Noted people's historian Howard Zinn said that it would be naive to depend on SCOTUS to defend the rights of poor people, women, people of color, and dissenters of all kinds. The truth is that our rights have only been won and defended by everyday people like us who organize, protest, demonstrate and fight for justice.
