As a reminder, Congressional action on the National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2025 is well underway. ASBN is excited to support a provision in the House bill (Section 804) that would require the Department of Defense (DoD) to use Safer Choice (or similarly certified) cleaning products. ASBN’s letter urges Senate leadership to include the provision in the Senate National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
