This month, Population Matters released a new report looking at the environmental crises of drought and desertification. Dried Up Futures investigates the impact of population growth and what is required to make a change.

You may remember that we have recently asked that you get in contact with your political representative to ask that they commit to funding Population Health Environment projects. We received an official response from the UK government, which Campaigns and Media Officer Madeleine Hewitt has studied and scrutinised.

Next week, 11 July, is World Population Day, a day intended to raise awareness of population issues around the globe. We are hosting a webinar (invitation below) and will be reacting to the latest UN population projections, so keep your eyes peeled.
