John, how’s your week been so far?
We know it’s pretty early in the month (and really early in the day), but we need to get a head start on our monthly fundraising goal!
With everything that’s happened recently (Mark Robinson launching his first TV ad, the GOP-controlled state legislature passing new campaign finance rules to help his campaign, polls showing us neck-and-neck), our campaign CANNOT afford to fall short. National Republicans are eager to spend millions to flip North Carolina’s governorship, so it’s critical that we show our campaign’s ability to take on far-right extremists and execute a competitive strategy that will score us a big win on Election Day.
Unfortunately, this won’t be cheap.
We’ll need to budget for many things over the next four months, like keeping our ads on the airwaves and planning campaign rallies in every corner of the state, and the costs will surely start to add up.
