Our Core Principles
Personal Liberty: We believe that individuals have the inherent right to make
choices for themselves and must accept responsibility for the consequences of their choices. We defend each person’s right to engage in any peaceful and honest activity, free from coercion or aggression. Economic Freedom: We advocate for a free and competitive market where voluntary trade is protected and the role of government is limited to protecting property rights and adjudicating disputes. We oppose government efforts to redistribute wealth or control trade. Limited Government: We challenge the cult of the omnipotent state and defend the rights of the individual. We hold that governments must not violate the rights of any individual,
including the rights to life, liberty, property, and the freedom to contract. Peace and Non-Intervention: We support a foreign policy of peace and non-intervention, believing that the United States should avoid entangling alliances and abandon its role as the world’s policeman. Privacy and Transparency: We advocate for individual privacy and government transparency, opposing all forms of government surveillance and unwarranted intrusion into the lives of citizens.
