Last month, after lots of pressure from immigrants and allies, the Biden Administration announced the largest expansion of protections for undocumented immigrants since DACA was announced 12 years ago.

Now, of course, Republicans are getting ready to undo our immigration victories if Trump is elected.

Republicans are claiming this new policy, which will improve the lives of over half a million immigrants, is unlawful. These protections are just one more thing we’ll lose if we don’t defeat Donald Trump this fall.

Enough is enough. We must push back against Republican attacks now and make it clear: These protections are right and legal, and we are here to stay.
