Justice Sonia Sotomayor’s dissent perfectly sums up our reaction to yesterday’s shameful Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity:

“Today’s decision to grant former Presidents criminal immunity…makes a mockery of the principle, foundational to our Constitution and system of Government, that no man is above the law. With fear for our democracy, I dissent. ”
