A few weeks ago, my team set an ambitious fundraising goal for the end of the quarter: $30,000. It’s a lot of money — but it’s what we needed to keep our campaign strong going into the second half of this critical presidential election year.
On Sunday, thanks to grassroots supporters like you, our people-powered campaign hit that goal.
It’s difficult to express how grateful I am. Reaching these fundraising goals is crucial to keeping our campaign on track. More than that, it means that I’m able to focus on my work as your Attorney General instead of worrying about fundraising.
Thanks to your support, I’ll be able to devote my full attention to the important fights ahead of us over the coming weeks and months: holding corporations and polluters accountable, defending reproductive freedom, protecting the rights of LGBTQ+ Californians, and so much more.

But I want to be clear: this fight isn’t over. As we head into the second half of 2024, MAGA extremists are ramping up their efforts to return Trump to office, take control of Congress, and move our country backward.
So even as we celebrate this achievement, we can’t let our guard down.
There’s a long road ahead of us and much more work to be done. We can’t afford to let this moment pass — we must keep the momentum going.
